Jonathan Pearson - Lead Pastor
Jonathan Pearson (“JP”) is the Lead Pastor of LifePointe Church and has been on staff at LifePointe since October 2007, having previously served as Associate Pastor. JP also served our country in the United States Marine Corps from 1994-2002. He is a native Floridian from the Winter Park area, and he and his wife, Emily, have two daughters, Hannah and Sarah Kate. Pedro Linares - Worship Pastor
Pedro has served as Worship Pastor at LifePointe since January 2002. He's served churches in Florida for over 25 years, and is a Palm Beach Atlantic University and Southwestern Theological Seminary alumnus. He and his wife, Debs Tyler Linares, have three children, Kellie, Adam, and Kyle. Debs is a teacher and they are proud grandparents to two amazing grandkids -- "We love being grandparents!"

Dann Ragan - Assimilation & Operations Pastor
Dann Ragan, an Orlando native, joined our staff in August 2018. Dann's contribution to the LifePointe team comes from his 34 years of serving with youth, college and senior adults, in addition to pastoral care ministries. He's passionate about missions after having developed partnerships all over the world. He enjoys spending family time with his wife, Susan, and his teenage son, Kyle, and is a Florida State Seminole fan at heart (Go Noles!).

Kegan Shoemaker - Student & College Pastor
Kegan Shoemaker joined our staff as Student & College Pastor in May 2021. Kegan came to us from Lynchburg, Virginia, where he graduated from Liberty University with a Masters of Divinity in Discipleship Ministries. He and his wife, Jessica, are big Disney fans, love game nights, exploring new places and meeting new people, plus they are the proud parents to daughter, Eva Joy.

Darren Goodrich - Children's Pastor
Darren and his wife, Amy, have three young children, Mason, Jacob and Charlotte. Darren joined our staff in October 2022, and his desire is to educate the next generation to love Jesus, scripture, and others, by reading His Word and following His command to make disciples withing their community. He is eager to serve not only children but also their families. Darren has a B.S. from Liberty University and is currently pursuing his Masters of Divinity. He and his family enjoy Florida State football, gathering to fellowship with others, and exploring all that Florida has to offer.

Jim Menditto - Facilities & Property Director
Jim has been on staff at LifePointe since April 2016. He and his wife, Lisa, have two sons, James and Vincent, and they have been members of our church since 2013. James' heart and passion for serving and helping others comes from previously serving at Moody Bible Institute and in the US Marine Corp.

James Sellers - Facilities & Property Assistant
James has served in our Facilities Department since 2016. He and his wife, Jeni, are blessed with four boys who actively take part in LP Kids and LP Student Ministries.

James Menditto - Property Assistant
James has been attending LifePointe since 2012, and enjoys serving God and the church body in whatever capacity he can, and is an active leader in our student ministry. In his spare time, he likes doing physical fitness activities, being outdoors, especially at the beach or riding ATVs, or just spending time with family and friends.

Angela Holstein - Business Administrator
Angela has been a part of the LifePointe team since the summer of 2006. She and her husband, Cliff, have four children, Hannah, Evan, Steven, and Jacob. She started with LifePointe part-time as Assistant to Children & Youth and has been serving in the area of Finance since 2014.

Latcia Hardy - Worship Arts Assistant
Latcia has been on staff with LifePointe since 2007 after serving with another local Baptist church for nearly ten years. She assists with the design and development of church publications and communications, website, and is the assistant to the worship pastor.

Debra Davenport - Children & Youth Assistant
Debra and her husband, Wayne, have been members since 1990 and have enjoyed serving in various areas at LifePointe. Debra currently serves as the Administrative Assistant to Preschool, Children, and Student Ministries. Debra and Wayne have two grown children, Matt and Kendall.

Jack Hamlin - Finance Assistant
Jacks support in our accounting area of the Finance Office comes from his 50 years working in Finance in Kansas. Jack and his wife, Jacki, have been with LifePointe since 2016, are members of the Legacy Life Group, and actively participate in our S.A.L.T. (Senior Adults Living Truth) Ministry.

Heather Carson - Front Office Assistant
Heather and her daughter, Sequoia, have been at LifePointe since February 2017. Heather served our military in the Air Force and has been living in Florida for the past several years. She enjoys her role on staff assisting church members and visitors, and getting to know the people and community.
